Hair Cuttery Family of Brands in New Jersey is seeking licensed barbers to join our growing salon network. Your chair, your income: top earners average $45–$88+ per hour plus tips, with $100K+ within reach for the right mix of clients and hours.

We offer up to 75% commission, an 8-level career ladder, 12 price levels, and extensive marketing support to keep your chair busy. Night/weekend flexibility and a strong benefits package help you grow your business from day one.

Qualifications

• Licensed barber or cosmetologist per state requirements.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship).
• Night/weekend/holiday availability.
• Skilled in cuts, fades, color and consultation.

Responsibilities

• Cut hair and provide services per client needs.
• Engage with clients to build loyalty and repeat business.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the workstation.
