Hair Cuttery Family of Brands is hiring licensed barbers for our New Jersey locations. You’ll cut, color, and style while building a loyal client base in a high-traffic shop. Expect strong commissions, a performance-based pay model, and opportunities to advance along an 8-level career ladder.

Your compensation includes top earnings with 75% commission potential, tips, and performance-based bonuses. We provide the chair, the tech, and the marketing support to help you grow quickly.

Qualifications

• Valid barber or cosmetologist license (state-specific).
• Authorization to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available).
• Night/weekend/holiday flexibility = peak earning potential.
• Skilled in cuts, fades, color, and consultation.
• Bonus points if you’ve got a book; we’ll help you grow it and your commission from day one.

Responsibilities

• Provide barbering services to walk-in guests and clients.
• Build and maintain a loyal client base through quality service and upselling retail products.
