Qualifications

• Valid barber or cosmetologist license (state-specific).
• Authorization to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available).
• Night/weekend/holiday flexibility = peak earning potential.
• Skilled in cuts, fades, color, and consultation.
• Bonus points if you’ve got a book! Grow it and your commission from day one.

Responsibilities

• Provide haircutting services and consultations for walk-in guests.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming work area.
• Meet sales goals via service and retail commissions.
