Hair Cuttery Family of Brands in Maryland is hiring licensed barbers. Your chair, your income—top earners averaging $45 to $88+ per hour plus tips, with potential to reach $100K+ annually.

Up to 75% commission, an 8-level career ladder, and 12 price levels reward performance and growth. You bring a valid state barber/cosmetologist license, night/weekend availability, and skills in cuts, fades, color, and consultations.

Qualifications

• Must have valid barber or cosmetologist license (state-specific).
• Willing to work night, weekend and holiday shifts.
• Strong skills in cuts, fades, color and client consultations.

Responsibilities

• Provide barbering services including cuts, fades and color.
• Consult with clients to determine desired style.
• Promote and sell retail products to boost commissions.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming station and comply with wage rules.
