Make Complex Equipment Run Like NewAs our Top Drive Systems Rebuild Lead Technician, you’ll be the go-to expert in the shop for advanced diagnostics, precision repair, and full rebuilds of top drives and related drilling equipment. You’ll set the bar for safety and quality while guiding the work of others and keeping jobs moving efficiently.A day in the shopYou start by reviewing a complex work order on a top drive that’s been flagged for inconsistent torque. After reading through detailed schematics and technical documentation, you isolate a hydraulic control issue, confirm the fault through electrical and mechanical tests, and lead the tear-down and rebuild.
