Transworld Commercial Real Estate, a Prospere Companies division, seeks ambitious commercial brokers in the Dallas–Fort Worth area to manage the sale, lease, or purchase of commercial property.

Qualifications

• Texas Real Estate license required.
• 3+ years commercial real estate broker experience.
• Strong network in Dallas–Fort Worth area.

Responsibilities

• Internal Pipeline Execution: leverage leads from the Business Brokerage and Growth Consulting divisions to provide commercial real estate solutions.
• Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: build relationships with property owners, investors, tenants, and developers.
• Transaction Management: coordinate leasing, sales, and acquisitions, including negotiating terms and due diligence.
• Business Development & Networking: actively network, attend events, and expand opportunities.
• Market Research & Analysis: analyze trends and provide data-driven insights on property values and opportunities.
• Financial & Investment Analysis: assess cash flow and provide projections to maximize profitability.
