You will engage owners, investors, and tenants while building lasting relationships in a fast‑growing market. You’ll join an integrated team across CRE, business brokerage, and growth consulting, leveraging warm leads and a strong referral network to drive success.

Qualifications

• Candidates must obtain a Texas Real Estate license and be able to pass a full background check.
• Minimum 3+ years of commercial real estate broker experience required.

Responsibilities

• Internal Pipeline Execution: capitalize on a steady stream of qualified leads.
• Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: build relationships with property owners, investors, tenants, and developers.
• Transaction Management: facilitate CRE transactions by negotiating terms, preparing contracts, and coordinating due diligence.
• Business Development & Networking: network within the industry to expand opportunities.
• Market Research & Analysis: provide data-driven insights on values and market conditions.
• Financial & Investment Analysis: assess cash flow and project profitability.
• Compliance & Documentation: ensure regulatory compliance and maintain documentation.
