Job summary

North Italia is seeking a friendly bartender to join our team in Charlotte, NC. The role offers solid pay with room to grow and a range of benefits.

Qualifications

• Two years of bartending experience is required.
• Must be of legal age to serve alcoholic beverages.
• Comfortable with basic math, able to handle money and operate a POS.
• Excellent English communication skills are essential.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and greet regulars by name, noting preferences and needs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver drink orders to each guest in a timely, and efficient manner

Qualifications

Outgoing, hospitable, and ready to make friends while serving from behind the bar. You should possess at least two years of bartending experience, and be of age to serve alcoholic beverages. It’s important you’re comfortable with basic math, able to handle money, and operate a point-of-sale system. You should have excellent English communication skills, comfortable standing for long periods of time, and capable of lifting up to 25 pounds.
