KTE Services in Youngstown, Ohio is seeking a General Anesthesiologist to join a private practice with a 100% CRNA supervision model. The role offers a base salary of $550,000 on a W-2 arrangement, 17 weeks of time off, home call only, and a comprehensive benefits package.

You will oversee a diverse case mix including Bariatrics and OB as needed, with strong clinical leadership and a focus on high-quality patient care within a welcoming Northeast Ohio community.

Qualifications

• MD or DO – Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology.
• Active Ohio medical license or ability to obtain prior to start.
• Strong clinical judgment and leadership skills.
• Comfortable supervising CRNAs in a high-volume environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Supervise CRNAs in a high-volume OR setting.
• Provide general anesthesia care across bariatrics, OB (occasional), and routine cases.
• Lead clinical teams to ensure patient safety and quality care.
