Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited CRNA program.
• NBCRNA certification plus Ohio licensure (or eligibility).
• Exceptional decision-making, communication and adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Practice full-scope CRNA care in a physician-supported model across diverse cases (OB, pediatrics, neurosurgery, vascular, trauma, orthopedics).
• Independently manage pre-op assessments, induction, maintenance, emergence and post-op recovery.
• Respond to emergent airways, place regional blocks, lead resuscitation efforts; drive quality improvement and mentor peers.
