Job summary

KTE Services seeks a General Anesthesiologist in Youngstown, OH to join a physician-led private practice. Expect a 2-3 day work week (48 hours total) with option of W-2 at $525,000 plus profit sharing or 1099 at $550,000, plus robust benefits and relocation support.

Candidate will provide anesthesia across multiple specialties, supervise in-house CRNAs, and collaborate with surgeons in a patient-centered environment emphasizing autonomy and work-life balance.

Qualifications

• MD or DO required, board certification/eligibility in Anesthesiology
• Strong clinical judgment and leadership skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork in a fast-paced, private-practice setting
• Commitment to compassionate, high-quality patient care
• Ability to supervise CRNAs and coordinate with surgeons and perioperative staff

Responsibilities

• Administer anesthesia and monitor patients across diverse surgical cases
• Perform pre-operative evaluations and post-operative care
• Supervise CRNAs and ensure patient safety and documentation
• Collaborate with surgeons, nurses, and care team
• Maintain thorough and compliant anesthesia records
