Job summary

Apogee Engineering, LLC is seeking a Tools & Techniques Project Manager to support T2 Program Managers through agile execution, metrics development, and knowledge management on-site at Wright Patterson AFB, Dayton, OH.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in science or engineering, 3 years of DoW or similar acquisition program experience, Agile/Scrum training, and experience building dashboards and metric-reporting frameworks. On-site work with occasional travel.

Responsibilities

• Execute agile project management methodologies for T2 projects.
• Facilitate biweekly technical syncs and track milestones (kickoffs, midterms, final demos).
• Develop, track, and translate project performance metrics into actionable insights for customers.
• Establish and manage team knowledge bases and collaboration tools (Teams, SharePoint, Confluence, Jira).
