Job summary

Capital Electric is hiring a Tools, Fastener and Safety Specialist in Upper Marlboro, Maryland. This role involves supporting the selling and sourcing of products for contractors. Candidates should possess strong analytical skills and proficiency in MS Office. While specific product knowledge is preferred, it is not a requirement. • Ability to communicate and present effectively with salespeople, vendors, and purchasing.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and procedure manuals.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and acceptable motor vehicle record.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.

Tools, Fastener and Safety Specialist

Responsibilities: Strong interpersonal, analytical (computer) skills to help support selling and sourcing products for end-user contractors and industrial customers. While Tools, Fasteners and Safety product knowledge is preferred, it’s not necessary. The ability to engage associates across Capital Electric to support activities related to stocking, promoting and selling TFS is critical to the success of the TFS Specialist.

Requirements

• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
