Job summary

Henkels & McCoy West, LLC is seeking a Tool Clerk to maintain an organized tool inventory, inspect and service tools, and coordinate check-in/check-out for field crews.

You will track usage and repairs, ensure safety compliance, assist with procuring tools, and support calibration and certifications of equipment across job sites.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2+ years of experience in tool management, warehouse, or utility operations preferred.
  • Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and utility equipment.
  • Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and inventory management systems.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

Hourly Pay Range: $17.00 - $32.83

Responsibilities

Physical Demands

  • Use of hands and arms to handle, carry, and operate tools and equipment.
  • Occasional driving to and from job sites or storage facilities.
Work Environment
  • Combination of indoor tool room and outdoor field environments.
  • Exposure to noise, dust, and varying temperatures.
  • Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
