Cretex Medical is seeking a Toolroom Supervisor to direct tooling maintenance, coordinate staff, and drive cost-efficient production support. You will lead maintenance in a medical device manufacturing setting, improve preventative maintenance, and ensure safe, high-quality operations.

Responsibilities include prioritizing repairs, communicating tool status to manufacturing teams, and enforcing standards across the shop floor.

Qualifications

• 5 years of tool room experience in manufacturing.
• Ability to lead and coordinate maintenance staff.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead toolroom maintenance requests and repair prioritization.
• Communicate tool status to production and planning.
• Improve preventative maintenance schedules and reduce downtime.
• Ensure schedule attainment and timely issue resolution.
• Maintain safety and quality standards.
• Enter production data into ERP.
• Support ISO and medical device quality requirements.
