Qualifications

• Must have 4 years machining & tool and die building and detailing experience.
• Good understanding of tool steel properties and heat-treating characteristics.
• Proficient in using own machinist tools.
• Ability to program & run tool room CNC machines.

Responsibilities

• Set-up and operate all tool room machinery including CNC machines.
• Produce and assemble quality machined components from print to tolerances.
• Assemble dies, fixtures and jigs to assembly print.
• Perform routine maintenance on tool room machines.
