Job summary

Austin Industrial is seeking a Toolroom Helper to support maintenance operations in Pasadena, TX. You will manage toolroom and warehouse activities, maintain accurate inventory, issue and track tools, and assist site personnel to keep daily operations efficient.

The role requires 1 year of related experience, a valid driver’s license, and TWIC card credentials. On-site, full-time position with safety and housekeeping responsibilities. Prior refinery/industrial exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in warehouse, toolroom, or industrial support.
• Experience in refinery, chemical plant, or industrial setting is a plus.
• Basic computer skills and inventory record keeping preferred.
• Must have a Valid Driver’s License and TWIC card.

Responsibilities

• Issue, receive, and track tools, equipment, and supplies for maintenance personnel.
• Maintain inventory records of tools, consumables, and warehouse materials.
• Organize warehouse and toolroom; keep areas clean and accessible.
• Assist with receiving, unloading, and stocking materials.
• Conduct routine inventory counts and verify accuracy.
• Inspect tools for condition and serviceability; coordinate repairs.
• Support site personnel by ensuring tools and materials are ready.
