Job summary

V2X Inc. seeks a tool room attendant to manage tool inventory, HAZMAT, and consumable assets in a dynamic, safety-focused environment. Responsibilities include tracking tools with TCMax, maintaining TMDE/PMEL readiness, and ensuring proper labeling and storage in compliance with regulations.

The role requires a high school diploma, ability to obtain DoD secret clearance, and a valid US driver’s license. Candidates will support production teams and uphold safety standards on site.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to obtain DoD Secret clearance.
• Valid U.S. Driver’s License.
• 1 year experience in toolroom/HAZMAT duties within aeronautics in last 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies.
• Use TCMax to check out/in tools, test equipment, and HAZ items.
• Back up TCMax electronically at least monthly.
• Inspect tools/equipment for serviceability and function.
• Perform basic maintenance per TO 32-1-101 and keep TMDE/PMEL in check.
• Label, store, and organize tools; support production/maintenance teams.
• Handle, store, transport, and dispose of hazardous materials per regs.
• Update SDS binders and participate in safety and spill response training.
