Manpower, Inc. in Allen, TX is seeking a machinist to inspect, repair and certify tools. You will schedule tool shipments for local offices and perform routine maintenance, keeping accurate tooling records.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year of machinist experience, basic 5S/LEAN awareness, and the ability to lift up to 100 lb occasionally. English communication and tool-handling skills are essential.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of machinist experience
• Experience with hand and power tools required
• English proficiency to perform troubleshooting via phone/email
• Strong communication skills with employees, management, and contractors
• Familiarity with tool tracking or email systems is a plus

Responsabilidades

• Receive and inspect tools
• Repairs and certifies tools as required
• Schedule and ship tools as required by local installation offices
• Performs scheduled maintenance on tools
• Track and follow up on outstanding/overdue tool usage
• Maintain log or other documentation regarding tooling
