Job summary

H.J. Martin and Son is seeking a Tool & Equipment Coordinator to ensure tools and equipment are tracked, maintained, repaired, and available to support project schedules and job site requirements.

You will assist Installation Managers, participate in weekly tool-planning meetings, manage inventories, and oversee vehicle and IPASS records to keep operations running smoothly in Green Bay, WI.

Qualifications

• 2 years experience in a construction environment or equivalent.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
• Detail orientated and organized.
• The ability to multi task in a fast paced environment.
• The ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with variety of departments.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Commercial Flooring Installation Managers as required.
• Participate in weekly meetings with departments of tools needs on jobs.
• Yearly and quarterly tool inventories.
• GigaTrak maintenance including but not limited to: Barcoding tools, Employee entry.
• Maintain purchases and transfers taking place in the field.
• Maintain new vehicles and trailers.
• Vehicle Maintenance including but not limited to: Insurance card distribution, Maintain the vehicle spreadsheet for new vehicles and/or transfers, Maintain the vehicle registrations (new and renewals).
• Keep track of IPASS.

Position Description
