Victory Tool in Anoka, MN is seeking an experienced Toolmaker to join a modern, growth-oriented metal stamping dies shop. You will own the build, assembly, and debugging of progressive dies, ensuring tight tolerances and high quality while collaborating with designers, programmers, and CNC machinists.

The role emphasizes independent work, strong craftsmanship, and a team-first attitude, in a fast-paced, high-skill environment with opportunities to grow and contribute to process improvements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years building stamping metal dies (progressive die preferred).
• Strong blueprint reading and GD&T knowledge.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Experience trying out dies in production presses.
• High attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship.
• Team-first mindset with strong problem-solving ability.

Responsibilities

• Build, assemble, and fit progressive stamping dies from start to finish.
• Troubleshoot and debug tools.
• Perform die maintenance, repair, and engineering changes.
• Work closely with designers, programmers, and CNC machinists.
• Operate manual mills, lathes, surface grinders, and other toolroom equipment.
• Ensure tight tolerances and high-quality standards are consistently met.
• Support continuous improvement in tool build processes.
• Be part of a team of experienced toolmakers and interns.
• Follow Toolroom Manager instructions and production priorities.

Victory Tool is a modern, growing Tool & Die shop in Anoka, Minnesota specializing in progressive metal stamping dies. We’re looking for an experienced Toolmaker who takes ownership, solves problems, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-skill environment.
