Job summary

PlastiCert, Inc. is seeking a Toolmaker to help build and maintain precision tooling for our injection molding operations. You’ll work with the latest machining technology in a family‑oriented, collaborative environment, with flexible start times to fit work and life.

You’ll machine mold tooling, perform changes, repairs, and tool maintenance, while collaborating with engineering and production teams to keep uptime high and quality precise.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of toolmaking experience.
• Knowledge of milling machines, surface grinders, EDM machines and precision measuring equipment.
• Collaborative spirit and continuous improvement mindset.

What You’ll Do

As a Toolmaker at PlastiCert, you’ll:

• Machine new and replacement mold tooling, components, and jigs.
• Machine, maintain, repair and perform changeovers on injection molds.
• Select efficient machining and repair methods for speed and precision.
• Work closely with engineering and production teams in a collaborative, team-driven environment.

What We’re Looking For (Qualifications)

• Knowledge of the operation of:

  • E.D.M. machines
