We are currently seeking a Mold Maker / Tool Maker.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled and emergency tooling repair, maintenance, cleaning, and set‑up of self‑contained molds
• Inspect, build, and maintain tooling and part fixtures using turning, milling, and grinding operations
• Recommend changes to mold designs to improve tooling life
• Assist in troubleshooting tooling on the production floor in molding machines and on the bench
• Participate in plant‑wide safety efforts—maintaining safe and careful work practices to reinforce a culture of safety
• Support and participate in continuous improvement activities, maintaining a clean and organized workplace
• Respond to production, engineering, and maintenance demands
• Work independently as well as in a team
• Other responsibilities and projects as assigned

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required
• 2–5 years’ experience as a toolmaker
• 2–5 years in a production environment in injection molding or related field preferred
• Ability to multi‑task, prioritize work, and pay attention to detail
• Experience with machine tools
• Ability to read and interpret tooling drawings
