Job summary

Winbro Group Technologies in Rock Hill, SC seeks a Machine Toolmaker to join a precision manufacturing team. You will handle sub-assembly and bench fitting of high-accuracy tools, and program/setup NC lathes and 3-, 4-, and 5-axis machines to produce exact components.

Candidates should have 3–5 years of toolmaking experience, apprenticeship preferred, and the ability to read blueprints, while maintaining safety and quality standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of toolmaking and fitting experience.
• Apprenticeship completion preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and measurements.
• Willingness to work in a manufacturing environment with PPE.

Responsibilities

• Sub assembly and bench fitting of precision tools.
• NC Lathe program and operation of CNC centers.
• Producing high accuracy components and sub-assemblies.
• CNC programming and operation of 3,4 and 5 axis machining centers.
• Conventional manual machining – surface grinding, cylindrical grinding, jig boring, milling, turning.
