Responsibilities

• Attend schooling online or in person to satisfy apprenticeship requirements.
• Attend evening classes if required.
• Learn and retain skills through hands-on training with mentors.
• Demonstrate proficiency in applying learned skills.
• Grow job-specific knowledge and utilize tools for continuous improvement.
• Maintain production, safety, quality, and productivity standards.
• Keep machines and work area neat and orderly.
• Complete records to comply with apprenticeship programs.
