ALTEN Technology USA is seeking a Tool Technology Engineer to provide technical leadership and end-to-end project management for tooling projects in an advanced industrial environment. This role targets hands-on engineers who can translate requirements into innovative tooling solutions.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years in an industrial mechanical environment.
• Experience managing technical or engineering projects from concept through completion.
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems, manufacturing processes, and tooling solutions.
• Experience with tooling design, development, validation, and implementation.
• Experience planning, scheduling, coordination, resource management, and performance monitoring.
• Ability to manage scope, cost, quality, and delivery objectives.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and coordinating multiple stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical leadership for tooling projects from design review through qualification, acceptance, and project closure.
• Analyze requirements and customer needs to develop robust tooling solutions.
• Lead project planning activities including scope, resources, scheduling and risk assessment.
• Manage tooling projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring alignment with budgets and timelines.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and collaborate with customers, suppliers, subcontractors, and operations.
• Monitor project performance using dashboards and KPIs, taking corrective actions as needed.
• Oversee subcontractors and suppliers to ensure compliance with specifications and contracts.
• Support development, validation, and execution of tooling acceptance procedures and documentation.
