Job summary

Wistron InfoComm USA is seeking a detail-oriented inventory specialist for managing controlled items and fixed assets at our Fort Worth facility. You will supervise stock counts, scrapping, and physical verifications, while coordinating daily system orders and material issuance.

The role requires reading basic drawings, using hand and torque tools, and adhering to SOPs. Shift availability and overtime may be required to meet production schedules.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or above; technical majors preferred.
• Experience with server/system assembly, PCBA handling, or manufacturing operations is a plus.
• Ability to read basic 2D/3D drawings or assembly diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and execute inventory counts and scrapping/disposal for controlled items and fixed assets.
• Execute physical inventory management and counting for assigned materials and equipment.
• Perform daily tasks: system order creation, freight coordination, material issuance and return, data updating.
