Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage inventory effectively.
  • Provide tool sets as needed—building tools, labeling tools, loading carts, and pulling items from the matrix.
  • Support CNC operators in their tasks.
  • Be detail-oriented and organized; collaborate with the team to strategize and determine needs.
  • Label and prepare equipment for operators.
  • Assist operators by unloading jobs from machines and placing them on carts; tooling techs will then put tools away.
  • Maintain the existing tool area.
  • Ensure gun drill tools are in stock and properly maintained.
  • Prepare materials and tools needed for weekend jobs.
  • Participate in safety training to ensure a safe working environment.
