Job summary

Precinmac, LP. is seeking a Tool Crib Attendant in Tualatin, Oregon. This on-site role focuses on standardizing tooling setups, reducing downtime, and ensuring machinists have ready access to tooling. The position emphasizes accurate inventory and quick response to tooling needs.

The candidate will maintain min/max tooling levels, work with the tool index system, and support supervisor-driven improvements in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

High School diploma or GED required; trade tech training preferred.
Basic computer skills in MS Windows; ERP/data collection systems used.
Good reading and interpretation of setup sheets and travelers.

Responsibilities

Set up tooling into holders per setup sheet.
Organize tooling and fixturing; keep staging area orderly.
Monitor inventory; notify supervisors of low tooling.
Verify tooling with machinists; provide feedback for updates.
Assist in drafting work instructions; support production manager.
