Qualifications

• 2–4 years of CNC machining or tooling experience.
• Understanding of metric measurement system and ability to respond quickly to production needs.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining tooling processes, managing non-conformances, and communicating effectively to ensure seamless operations.
• Conducting checks, controlling tooling per process requirements, and reacting to conditions to prevent production issues.
• Monitoring shift results, utilizing reports and visual boards to promote PDCA cycle improvements.
• Executing repairs on nonconforming products, collaborating with engineers and vendors for improvements, and participating in continuous improvement initiatives.
