Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC is seeking qualified candidates to maintain tooling and ensure quality production in a fast-paced facility focused on continuous improvement. The role requires 2–4 years of CNC machining or tooling experience, understanding of metric measurement, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Candidates should be able to work varying shifts, lift up to 35 lbs, and adapt to changing production needs.

Responsibilities

  • Maintaining tooling processes, managing non-conformances, and communicating effectively to ensure seamless operations.
  • Conducting checks, controlling tooling per process requirements, and reacting to conditions to prevent production issues.
  • Monitoring shift results, utilizing reports and visual boards to promote PDCA cycle improvements.
  • Executing repairs on nonconforming products, collaborating with engineers and vendors for improvements, and participating in continuous improvement initiatives.
