Job summary

The WellBoss Company is seeking a Machine Operator Level 2 to manufacture machined components used in final assembly. You will run basic CNC programs, interpret prints, and ensure precise tolerances while maintaining quality and safety.

You will troubleshoot equipment, manage downtime, and contribute to achieving daily production targets. Team collaboration in a fast-paced environment is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of experience operating a CNC machine.
• Ability to comprehend production requirements and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong time management and ability to operate multiple machines.

Responsibilities

• Run basic CNC programs and monitor production quantities.
• Utilize basic part inspection equipment and ensure parts meet specifications.
• Interpret basic prints and apply correct tolerances.
• Attach proper part identification to finished goods.
• Detect and report machine malfunctions and out-of-tolerance parts.
• Execute tool offsets to maintain required tolerances.
• Identify abnormal operating conditions and notify maintenance.
• Record downtime in the electronic system and maintain NCR levels below 6%.
• Maintain scrap rate below 5% and perform preventive maintenance at the assigned station.
• Aim to achieve the daily production target of 90% and troubleshoot issues like alarms and coolant lines.
