Shively Bros is seeking a Tooling Presetter to support our Tonawanda production team. You will review schedules, prepare materials, and ensure tooling is ready to meet production timelines.

Experience with hand tools and basic shop practices is helpful, with a focus on safety and accuracy. A high school diploma is preferred, a valid driver's license is required, and you must follow instructions with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Possess a valid driver’s license.
• Capable of following tasks with minimal supervision.
• Collaborative and detail-oriented; works well in a team.
• Mechanical skills and understanding of tool usage.

Responsabilités

• Review the daily schedule and ensure materials are available and ready for use.
• Clean and prepare used tooling.
• Operate simple hand tools and measuring devices.
• Input test results and billing system information.
• Provide input to help solve manufacturing problems relating to tool setup.
• Occasionally operate shop equipment (saws, sanders, polisher).
