Job summary

Charter Automotive is looking for a Tooling Manager to lead multi-site tooling operations across our Shawano and Bonduel locations. The successful candidate will manage tooling creation and maintenance in our green sand foundry environment, ensuring production schedules and customer requirements are met.

Ideal applicants will have a Bachelor’s Degree, over 7 years in heavy manufacturing, and strong leadership skills. Our company offers health benefits, a 401(k) plan, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in heavy manufacturing or foundry environments.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience in tooling or pattern-making.
• Knowledge of green sand foundry operations and tooling requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-site tooling operations across two locations.
• Direct staffing, equipment prioritization, and training.
• Manage tooling operations and lead a team of Pattern Makers.
