Job summary

Waupaca Foundry is looking for a Tooling Engineering Manager to lead tooling engineering and layout in a foundry setting in Wisconsin. Responsibilities include managing tooling engineers, setting expectations for tooling builds, and collaborating with production personnel to ensure tooling meets plant needs.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, advanced knowledge of VMM tooling, and experience with CAD. Benefits include medical coverage, 401(k), and career development.

• Bachelor’s degree or three+ years of related experience.
• Advanced knowledge of tooling relationship with VMM.
• Experience with CAD and engineering.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers to meet dimensional requirements.
• Work with production for tooling alignment.
