Mitsubishi Chemical Advanced Materials Inc. in Mesa, AZ is seeking a CNC Machinist I to operate and maintain precision machining equipment per blueprints and work orders.

The role includes data logging in ERP systems, performing inspections, and ensuring quality and safety standards in a clean, organized workspace. The position requires reading micrometers and calipers, standing for long periods, and lifting up to 50 lbs as needed.

Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent.
• Proficiency with ERP systems for data entry and job tracking.
• Trained in reading micrometers and calipers.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
• Capability to stand for extended periods during shifts.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Use ERP data collection to log time.
• Read work orders, flow sheets and drawings to determine manufacturing steps.
• Check blueprint dimensions with manual inspection tools.
• Turn in first article and final inspection to QA.
• Run all parts required for the order.
• Perform in-process inspections during the production run.
• Maintain 5S in the work area; keep workspace clean.
• Perform daily and monthly machine preventative maintenance.
• Communicate with supervisor to ensure production success.
• Complete any other task as directed.
• This is a safety sensitive position.
