Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking a Lamination Technician to remove air from wet glass, apply wet glass layers, and assemble components for various applications. The role involves fabricating and prepping parts prior to glass work and maintaining cleanliness in the work area.

The position requires basic tool use, adherence to instructions, and the ability to work with a team in a fast-paced environment. Outdoor/indoor settings and varied environmental conditions are expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work with a team and follow instructions.
• Familiar with drills and hand sanders and basic tools.

• Install boxes, foam tanks and stringers.

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Lamination Tech r emoves all air from wet glass using a brush and/ or roller. Applies layers of wet glass in many different applications. Installs different parts prior to glass work.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Performs p attern cutting and rolling fiberglass .
• Proper ly use s resin and putty .
• Install s boxes, foam tanks and stringers
• Grinds out small imperfections
• Performs g eneral housekeeping .
• ALL OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED

EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent

• A bility to work with a team
