Bass Pro Shops in Flippin, AR is seeking a Lamination Tech to remove air from wet glass and apply multiple layers of glass in various applications. The role includes installing components prior to glass work and pattern cutting in some tasks.

The position requires basic hand tool proficiency, ability to work in a team, and adherence to safety and quality standards. This is a full-time, on-site role at our facility.

POSITION SUMMARY

The Lamination Tech removes all air from wet glass using a brush and/or roller. Applies layers of wet glass in many different applications. Installs different parts prior to glass work.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Performs pattern cutting and rolling fiberglass.
• Properly uses resin and putty.
• Installs boxes, foam tanks and stringers
• Grinds out small imperfections
• Performs general housekeeping.
• ALL OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED

EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITY

• Ability to work with a team
• Able to use drills and hand sander
• Able to follow instructions
