Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking a manufacturing associate to perform lamination tasks on glass, removing air with brushes and rollers and applying layers of wet glass.

You will install parts before glass work, cut patterns, and handle fiberglass, boxes, foam tanks and stringers as part of the process. The role requires teamwork, following instructions, and adherence to safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum degree required: High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to work with a team.
• Able to follow instructions.
• Ability to distinguish basic colors.
• Ability to distinguish shades of color.

Responsibilities

POSITION SUMMARY

The Lamination removes all air from wet glass using a brush and/or roller. Applies layers of wet glass in many different applications. Installs different parts prior to glass work.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Performs pattern cutting and rolling fiberglass.
• Properly uses resin and putty.
• Installs boxes, foam tanks and stringers
• Grinds out small imperfections
• Performs general housekeeping.
• ALL OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED

EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent
