Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years of mechanical engineering design experience; graduate degree or equivalent with 4+ years; in lieu of degree, 10+ years of design experience.
• 1 year of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide tool engineering and tool design direction to support production and development programs.
• Develop and implement lean/process improvement initiatives to optimize tooling and manufacturing.
• Collaborate with site management, manufacturing engineering, quality engineering, process areas and product work centers to provide timely tooling support.
• Coach and mentor team members for career development and advancement.
• Ability to obtain a US Secret Security Clearance.
• Travel approximately 10%.
