Job summary

The ideal candidate holds a BS in Mechanical/Manufacturing/Industrial Engineering, has 2–4 years of related experience, and is proficient with CAD, SolidWorks, SAP, VBA, and Python, with strong analytical and collaborative skills.
Qualifications
- BS in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering.
- Proficient in CNC programming and operation.
- Strong CAD/ SolidWorks skills.
- Familiar with SAP; ability to use VBA/Python.
- 2–4 years of related experience.
Responsibilities
- Perform sample review tests of cutting tools and workholding.
- Develop 2D drawings and 3D models using CAD.
- Create feed/speed calculators and usage guides.
- Provide technical support for tooling and workholding.
- Collaborate with marketing, product development, and manufacturing.
- Develop prototypes and test new designs.
- Carry out quality assurance tests on new designs.
- Prepare training for junior Tooling Engineers.
