Job summary

Ideal candidates will have over 3 years of experience, particularly with PowerShape and Inventor, and possess strong problem-solving skills. Qualifications

• 3 or more years of experience in a related field.
• Experience with 3D CAD systems, preferably PowerShape and Inventor.
• Good written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Work with foundry tooling engineers on molding patterns.
• Utilize PowerShape software for design requirements.
• Assist in machining and pattern design.
• Make recommendations for process improvements.

Skills

Knowledge of 3D CAD systems

Understanding of iron gating best practices

Ability to create 3D models from 2D layouts
