Qualifications

• Bachelor’s STEM Degree required; 2 years of tooling fabrication/production experience for Level 2.
• Ability to obtain/maintain DOD Secret Clearance.
• Experience with manufacturing tooling, composites, metals, coatings, or related production operations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate design and fabrication requirements for tools and fixtures with customers.
• Perform tolerance analysis to ensure form/fit/function.
• Conduct root cause failure investigations and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and evaluate process improvements for tooling and fixtures.
• Assist Product Development team to ensure manufacturability of new designs.
• Manage all project phases: design, document, fabricate, assemble and validate.
