As a Tooling Engineer, you will own the design and build of critical infrastructure for development, manufacturing, and production enrichment systems, collaborating with engineering and production teams to create jigs, fixtures, and assembly aids—from

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of tooling or fixture design experience.
• Proficient in a 3D CAD package (such as Solidworks, CATIA, NX, etc.).
• Knowledge of GD&T and machining processes.
• Evidence of exceptional ability (portfolio of work, etc).

Responsibilities

• Design and develop custom tooling, jigs, and fixtures using CAD software that support rapid prototyping and large-scale production.
• Own the fabrication, assembly, wiring, and validation of tooling, fixtures, and test systems.
• Ensure tooling design meets safety, ergonomic, and operational requirements.
• Collaborate with machinists, welders, engineers, and technicians to optimize designs.
• Provide troubleshooting for production tool issues.
