Job summary

Saronic Technologies Inc. is seeking a Tooling Engineer to design, build, and validate manufacturing and assembly tooling for Marauder product lines. You will collaborate with design and manufacturing teams to ensure tooling meets hardware requirements and supports full-rate production.

The ideal candidate has a mechanical engineering background, 2+ years in tooling development, and strong CAD/CAE skills (NX, FEMAP). A solid understanding of GD&T and product lifecycle is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or greater in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• 2+ years designing complex manufacturing or assembly tooling.
• Strong fundamentals in statics, solid mechanics, and machine design.
• Proven experience with tooling development and the entire product life cycle.
• Proficiency with CAD and finite element analysis software, such as Siemens NX and FEMAP.
• Proven experience developing innovative solutions on a range of mechanical problems.

Job Overview

We are seeking a talented Tooling Engineer to join our mission. Saronic's engineering team prides itself on offering innovative solutions to everyday mechanical problems. While acting as mentors to our engineering and production teams, our marine mechanical engineers engage in rigorous design and analysis processes using their strong engineering fundamentals paired with a first principles approach to engineering. Our ideal candidate will have experience with the entire engineering design lifecycle, carrying mechanical solutions from concept to full rate production.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and validate both manufacturing and assembly tooling to support the Marauder product lines
• Interface with design and manufacturing engineering to ensure tooling design meets the hardware design requirements and supports full rate production
