100Hires, Inc. is seeking an experienced Tool & Die Lead to supervise die specialists in our Avon, Ohio plant. You will drive safety, quality and on-time delivery while orchestrating maintenance and die repair programs to maximize throughput.

Qualified candidates bring a Bachelor's in manufacturing/engineering or industrial technology and at least eight years in supervisory tooling roles, with Master’s preferred. Strong problem solving and team leadership are essential.

Competenze

• Bachelors in manufacturing, engineering or industrial technology preferred.
• 8+ years as maintenance supervisor or Journeyman Tool & Die Maker encouraged.
• Knowledge of stamping, manufacturing and assembly processes.

Mansioni

• Lead tool and die supervisors and hourly associates.
• Direct safety, quality, production and delivery objectives.
• Develop the department strategy aligned with plant goals.
• Drive preventive maintenance schedules and spare parts management.
• Mentor and coach team; apply lean problem solving methods.
• Ensure compliance with TS 16949 and ISO 14001 standards.
