Job summary

Greene, Tweed is seeking an experienced tooling designer to lead CAD-driven tooling projects, focusing on elastomer and plastic tooling.

You will create detailed 3D models, collaborate with internal teams and external tool shops, and mentor junior staff while ensuring compliance with quality systems. This US-based role requires a valid status under ITAR and is located in Towamencin Township, PA.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years tool and die design experience.
• BS in Mechanical Engineering/Plastic Engineering or equivalent degree.
• Experience with elastomer/plastics products in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Leads tooling projects providing guidance to ensure alignment with deliverables.
• Creates detailed CAD models, assemblies and drawings (Tools and Fixtures).
• Designs 3D tooling for elastomer and plastic molding.
• Supports senior designers with complex tooling designs.
• Manages revisions and coordinates with tool shops for manufacture.
