Job summary

Qualifications

• Design and develop tooling for high-speed cable assembly manufacturing for NPD and legacy products.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing and quality to define tooling requirements and specifications.
• Create detailed 3D CAD models of tooling designs, ensuring manufacturability.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain documentation packages: drawings, BOMs, assembly instructions, and maintenance procedures.
• Partner with Nashua, Mexico and China teams to ensure design compatibility and knowledge transfer.
• Participate in design reviews and provide feedback on tooling concepts.
• Manage tooling vendors: quoting, procurement and quality control.
• Support new tooling implementation and validation in manufacturing.
