Ideal candidates have at least 5 years in manufacturing, procurement, finance, or audit, plus a bachelor's degree in engineering, finance, or business administration.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5-years' experience in Manufacturing, Procurement, Finance, or Audit.
• Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Finance, or Business Administration.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
• Willingness to travel (up to 25%)
• Familiar with ERP systems (Oracle, Plex).
• Negotiation experience (preferred).
• Proficient in Microsoft Visio (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Audit Buyer and Supplier tooling quote/detail and cost breakdown prior to tooling purchase orders.
• Ensure supplier adherence to global tooling guidelines and data requirements.
• Lead tooling data collection and reporting between suppliers, customers, and internal teams.
• Consolidate tooling data and forward to sales to populate customer tooling systems and facilitate funds collection.
• Assist in development of business cases and coordination of customer tooling audits and site visits.
• Train buyers and suppliers on tooling processes and compliance standards.
