Job summary

Dauch Corporation in Detroit, MI is seeking a Supplier Tooling Auditor to ensure tooling quotes, cost breakdowns, purchase orders, and related documentation meet company, customer, and procurement requirements throughout the tooling lifecycle.

The role leads tooling data collection, validation, and reporting between suppliers, customers, sales, and internal teams to support asset management, customer billing, funding recovery, and audit readiness.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Manufacturing, Procurement, Finance, or Audit.
• Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Finance, or Business Administration.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Audit Buyer and Supplier tooling quotes/details (lineup and cost breakdown) prior to PO issuance.
• Ensure Supplier adherence to Dauch's Global Tooling Guidelines.
• Ensure adherence to end-Customer Tooling Guidelines and data requirements.
• Lead tooling data-sharing between Supplier and Dauch for asset management.
• Consolidate tooling data and forward to Sales for customer tooling systems.
• Assist Sales and facilities with data collection for customer billing.
